Hafgúa (Undine) is the goddess name of our three women sisterhood. The name came to us after a magical day by the ocean while chanting and reflecting with Mamma Mer. We are deeply driven by our passion of connecting Earth and Spirit within, thus finding balance in everyday life.

We are the women behind Mother Earth Retreat, Helga Sóley, Sólveig Katrín and Þórey. We are native Icelanders who are everyday inspired by our Mother Iceland, her strong elements and changing weather around the seasonal cycle, never leaving us dull or stagnant.

The sisterhood ~

We met in 1996, and instantly recognized each other as soul sisters, as being Light Workers. This still today defines our sisterhood, and our work together on the Earth plane.

We share the same dream for a harmonious world where Mother Earth, and all her inhabitants, us humans, the animal kingdom and the plant and mineral kingdom are ONE. A world characterized by respect, love, safety, joy, and clarity*

Shortly after we met we shared with each other our innermost dreams for the future, and that is when it came clear to us that we were all dreaming the same dream! It was beautiful and it was magical.

I am a visionary and a manifestor, passionate about being of service for the greatest good of all concerned. The essence of my rainbow spiritual path is beauty, and Iceland is my temple. I am here to be a story teller of Sacred Iceland, and to guide in energy work and Vision Mapping with the great creatrix. My role is to create and hold a sacred space for those journeying the realms of their own authenticity and to serve as a vision guide for those ready to manifest their dreams. ❤

My name is Sólveig and I am a passionate creative person who loves people and nature and seeks inspiration from Mother Earth and the elements.

I am in my shamanic path weaving ancient wisdom teachings and nature in my own life and healing. My name Solveig means strength from the sun and I am in my path finding inner strength and power and sharing my light and gifts with my fellow kindred spirits helping them to find their own inner strength and power. I have studied different paths for human growth to use my abilities to help fellow human towards wholeness. After finishing my Bachelor teaching degree I went to Edinburgh to study Art Therapy in Queen Margaret University.

I studied film in London and there I found a group practicing the 5 Rhythms (Gabrielle Roth). I felt at home with these free spirits, expressing their creative selves in this moving meditation. I had found my calling, and combining my interest with the body chakra system I went to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the USA and studied Yoga Dance. Later I completed my yoga teacher training here in Iceland.
