One way of connecting to our higher selves, to be wholly in the now, to feel free from external distractions and the constant chatter in our heads, is to ride the wave of creative expression. It is so liberating! It is empowering and most importantly, it is relaxing. It helps us find our footings in the world, so we can move forwards on our life's journey. To walk the path of life in a relaxed state of being, grants us the gift of being nourished by all it's wonders and beauty. Then we feel secure, and in absolut trust we can flow with ease with it's current.
